Sean Nowak was a lawyer at Latham & Watkins in New York, where he practiced intellectual property litigation. After Latham, he worked at Rwanda Enterprise Investment Company in Kigali, Rwanda and SCAS Capital in Beirut, Lebanon. Sean also worked as a teaching assistant for the Private Equity in Emerging Markets and Business Strategy & Corporate Law courses at the Wharton School.

During her stay at the Fund, Kanchan evaluated private equity deals across a multitude of sectors including agribusiness, roads, power, ports, oilfield services, logistics and education.

Henok Soedjede has worked as an Investment banker at Citigroup in London and most recently as a consultant at Capital Bridge Advisors. Previously he spent 3 years working at BCEAO, the Central Bank of West African States and so brings with him extensive knowledge of the West African banking system.
Henok holds MS in Finance and Financial Information Systems from the Institute National des telecommunication. He also holds an MBA from Wharton School and is a native speaker of French.

Chijioke Dozie was an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to IFC, Chijioke worked with Zephyr Management LP in the US and South Africa as an Investment Associate sourcing private equity opportunities in Africa and working closely with Zephyr's portfolio companies.
Chijioke holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an MSc in Risk Management from University of Reading. He also graduated with a BA Economics from the University of East Anglia.

Ngozi Dozie was an investment banker at JPMorgan assisting clients with mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital financing. Prior to JPMorgan, Ngozi worked with Arthur Andersen UK as a business process risk consultant, and Deloitte & Touche as a financial analyst in the Petroleum Services Group.
